Drumsticks are a really simple and inexpensive solution to the question “ What’s for dinner?”. The juicy dark meat compliments any side dish from a healthy green salad to a cheese soufflé. Marinate them in the fridge for 30 minutes to 12 hours in a little olive oil , salt, pepper, garlic, and bake them uncovered at 425’ for 35 minutes ( turn after 20 minutes) Then sit back and enjoy the compliments!
